Question 1: Is the secure purchase on PR Shop?

The site is completely secure TLS 1.2 and none credit card number is known by us or stored in our databases, where it never passes. Question 3: Can I come directly retrieve order at Passion Radio store in Paris?

We do not open to the public and get exhibition material at our headquarter in Paris, we made the choice of a management 100% by internet, that among other things, reduce structural costs and fixed charges, in order to maintain a level of interest rates for our customers and a reasonable margin for the store. However, we can deliver with DHL, or GLS the next day 24h in France and Paris for orders placed before 1am CEST.

Question 4: What are the postage costs?

Question 8: How quickly is sent a command?

You can find information on delivery times and carriers available in the estimation delivery section in the basket, then a more precise date of delivery when order.

For equipment in stock, it is usually shipped the day after the order and 1/2 days more for preparation need to be added to the delivery of the selected carrier, except for orders by express carrier for order before 11am, sent the same day. More info about shipping.

Question 9: Do I track my package online?

Yes if you have chosen the carrier by DHL, Chronopost, DHL, UPS and Fedex. In your account you will find after the shipment of your package, a link with a tracking ID to let you know the status of current delivery in real time.
