Delivery time for out-of-stock equipment

If you have placed an order for out-of-stock equipment, we currently have lead times of 3 to 4 weeks on average with our suppliers.

There are several reasons for longer lead times:

1. The increase in demand worldwide
2. The shortage of electronic components (such as microprocessors in SDRs) and raw materials (such as plastic for cables)
3. On-demand manufacturing (antennas)

Depending on the brand and manufacturer, delays can be more or less significant:

From 1 to 2 months: For Messi & Paoloni cables and Yaesu, ICOM and TYT hardware
From 2 to 3 months: For SDR hardware including ETTUS
From 3 to 6 months: For Diamond and COMET antennas

You will be informed by email as soon as the material is back in stock, as well as the tracking link of the parcel, as soon as it is shipped.

If we still haven't received the goods within 30 days, we will offer you a refund of your order, with your agreement.

Delivery times in Europe & Switzerland

There are currently no events likely to affect parcel delivery.

If we have the material in stock and in sufficient quantity for the order, we currently deliver according to our usual delivery times.

For fast delivery within 24/48 hours in France (excluding weekends), we recommend choosing an EXPRESS carrier such as DHL, GLS, UPS or Chronopost.
