Bad packaging.
The radio arrived in relatively good condition, thanks to the hard case it was put into. But the cardboard box was squashed and had a broken corner, a sign of rough handling by GLS. I guess I was just lucky. Just an advice: next time you could pack the items more secure. Anyway, five stars from me for the quality of products and fast shipping. Cheers!
