The M0CVO 9:1 UNUN Balun operates from 1.8 to 54MHz and supports up to 400W PEP (CW or SSB) and 50-60W max. en FT8, AM ou RTTY.

It provides a power point for a long-wire radiating element and converts the 450Ω (+/-) impedance to the 50Ω expected by your transceiver.

There are three connections on the UNUN, one SO239 (UHF female) to which you connect the coaxial feed line and two mechanical screws with wing nuts.

Delivered with: 1 M0CVO 9:1 UNUN balun.

IMPORTANT: Maximum power is indicated in PEP and is for amateur radio use in intermittent mode (CW or SSB) only.

Not suitable for AM broadcasting or constant carrier data modes (such as FT8 or RTTY) at high power (100W). For these modes, reduce power considerably (50W max recommended) to avoid overheating and damage to the balun. For full-power use in constant-carrier modes, opt for a QRO balun.
